About Us

NC's Big Pour is the newest Southeastern annual craft beverage festival located at Tanglewood Park in Clemmons, NC on September 14, 2019. This event is organized by the non-profit Support Local Everything, INC with assistance from Catbird Art & Events, LLC and supported by Forsyth County. This unique event will be celebrating the ever-growing popularity of the specialty craft beverage industry.

Our event will be a full day of fun with free tastings, fun competitions, industry collaborations, community activities, workshops, live music including JJ GREY & MOFRO and LETTUCE, arts & craft vendors, food trucks, and much more! It's named "Big Pour" for a reason!

Support Local Everything, INC is a non-profit whose mission is to raise awareness of the importance of supporting all things local. Through this event we will be raising funds for the following organizations this year:

Rules & Regulations

Entry & Ticketing

  • No outside food or beverages allowed.
  • A valid ID must be presented at entry to receive an over 21 wristband.
  • Tickets will only scan once at entry, prohibiting multiple copies of the same ticket from being used.
  • Tickets will be no re-entry into the festival.
  • The event is a rain or shine event.


Beverage Sampling & Purchasing

  • Each ticket holder will receive 20 2-oz sample tickets from the festival. Sample tickets can be used at any beverage booth.
  • Ticket holders are also permitted to purchase full pints / cups of beverage at full retail price.


Photography

  • By entering the festival you will be agreeing to allow your image to possibly be used by the producers.
  • You are not allowed to bring in video cameras or professional quality cameras. (NO cameras with detachable lenses)


Prohibited Items

Tents, flags, musical instruments, knives or other weapons, video cameras, audio recording devices, professional cameras (NO camera with detachable lenses), selfie sticks, food, beverages, drugs or drug paraphernalia

Permitted Items

Digital Cameras (non-professional), disposable cameras, film cameras (non-professional), fanny packs, backpacks / satchels (medium sized), hats, sun block, lighters, sunglasses, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, folding chairs, and blankets are permitted

Alcoholic Beverages

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required to purchase alcoholic beverages on the festival grounds.
  • Attendees will need to show their ID to festival security personnel in order to receive a wristband that will allow the ticket-holder to taste and purchase alcohol.
  • Sales of all beverages will end promptly at 5:30 pm

  • NC’S BIG POUR seeks to be a welcoming community based festival. As a festival guest, we expect you to help create a positive environment for you and your fellow attendees.
  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or discrimination of any kind
  • Offensive behavior includes, but is not limited to:
  • Acts of physical assault, battery, or sexual assault
  • Verbal abuse, threatening language, racial or ethnic slurs, or unwanted sexual remarks
  • Belligerent or overly intoxicated behavior
  • Any individuals or groups of individuals found in violation of this policy may be removed from the festival without a refund

Do I have to pay to park?

Parking is included with your event ticket

Is it ok to bring my kids?

Yes! Our event is a family friendly community event. There will be a full day of kids activities as well. Children 3 and under can enter the event without a ticket. Children ages 4-12 will need to purchase a "Kids Ticket" for $5.00. Ages 13-20 will need to purchase a "Under 21 General Admission Ticket"

What type of tickets do you offer?

General Admission Ticket - Valid ID upon entry, Receives program with 20 free tastings, entry to general & kids event areas, music pass to 5 bands, access to all workshops and demos.

Under 21 General Admission Ticket - Receives program with 20 free NON-ALCOHOLIC tastings, entry to general & kids event areas, music pass to 5 bands, access to all workshops and demos.

VIP Ticket - Valid ID upon entry, Receives program with 20 free tastings, entry to general, kids, and VIP event areas, music pass to 5 bands, access to all workshops and demos. Exclusive VIP includes seating area, catered finger foods, a bar serving beer, coffee, and liquor.

Kids Ticket - Ages 4-12 - Entry to general & kids event areas, music pass to 5 bands, access to all workshops and demos.

The event is rain or shine and tickets are non-refundable

Are pets allowed?

Leashed and well-behaved pets are allowed at the festival however, owners are required to bring bags in the event they need to clean up after their pet. If event personnel sees an owner fail to pick up after their dog, they will be asked to leave the event grounds without a refund.

Will the vendors accept credit cards?

Yes, most vendors can process credit cards. There will also be an ATM on site. However, we always encourage to bring cash just in case.
